How to Book Direct With JSN Holidays

Step 1 – Check Availability

Step 2 – Contact Us

Once you’ve found suitable dates, contact us.

We’ll confirm availability and pricing with you.

Step 3 – Secure Your Booking

To confirm your booking, a £50 non‑refundable deposit is required.

✅ The £50 deposit goes towards your total holiday cost

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred)
  • PayPal*
  • Credit or debit card*

*transaction fees may apply depending on transaction value

🔒 Important – Bank Transfer Deposits
If paying the deposit by bank transfer, proof of ID is required. The ID must match the name on the bank account used to make the payment. This is for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Step 4 – Pay the Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival
  • If your stay begins within 6 weeks, full payment is required at booking
  • You may pay the balance in instalments at any time before it is due

Step 5 – Damage Deposit

All direct bookings include a £100 refundable damage deposit, added to your balance.

✅ Returned within 24 hours of checkout, subject to satisfactory inspection.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival: no refund
  • Cancellations more than 6 weeks before arrival: full refund minus the £50 deposit
