BOOKING DIRECT

We are happy to accept direct bookings, however please be aware that your chosen dates are not protected until we confirm your request, and your deposit is paid.

During this time, the dates remain available on our 3rd party sites.

We aim to respond to all direct booking requests within 48 hours.

How Do I Book Direct?

How Do I Pay For a DIrect Booking?

Your initial deposit must be paid using a Credit/Debit card registered to the lead guest.

We use STRIPE as our online payment partner. All transactions are processed on STRIPE secure servers.

Remaining balance can be paid using bank transfer, PayPal and/or Credit/Debit Card

How much do I pay to reserve my dates?

You must pay an initial £50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your chosen dates. Your remaining balance* must be paid in full 1 calendar month prior to arrival date.

*the remaining balance is your total cost of stay minus deposit

 

If you pay a higher deposit, and then cancel, the first £50 will be retained and the remaining amount refunded to you, subject to our cancellation policy.

How much will I save by booking direct?

This depends on the holiday dates you have selected. Caravans4Hire apply additional commisions and booking fees which can add up to £45 on top of cost of stay.

We do add processing fees when booking direct, so please review these to see if booking direct is the cheapest option for you

 

Initial Depost by Credit/Debit card = no fee

PayPal invoice (allowing multiple payments until balance is cleared) = 75p per transaction

Bank transfer (allowing multiple payments until balance is cleared) = no  fee

Credit/Debit Card payments (exluding deposit) = 75p per transaction

 

Is my holiday insured if paid using my Credit Card?

You will need to check with your card issuers terms of policy and any excess values that may apply.
