Please show the gate staff your car pass which should have been emailed to you by Haven. They will direct you to our caravan if you ask.
Our caravan is located at 1 Brodick Brae.
We have room for one car in our private driveway. There are further public parking bays around the park as well as the main carpark at reception.
Depending on our schedules and your arrival time, you may need to self-check-in. If so, you'll find a key box on the handrail of the steps at the caravan door. Keys will be left here for you. We'll send the current code for the keybox via text message.
A single key will be issued to you. It's advisable to return the key to the keybox each time you leave, minimising the risk of loss and ensuring access for all members of your group. In case of lost keys, contact us immediately. Always keep the keybox locked and scramble the number pad, even when keys are not inside.
Should you check out in our absence, please ensure the keys are placed back in the keybox.
The caravan door is fitted with an internal turning lock to facilitate a quick exit during emergencies. Caution is advised for those with young children, as they may be able to unlock and leave the caravan without supervision.
Pets – We continue to allow pets this year and again, we are not adding in the extra charges we see other owners do. To allow us to keep our maintenance / cleaning costs down, we ask that you respect our caravan and don’t allow dogs ON BEDS, SOFAS and soft furnishings.
If you think your dog may be tempted onto the sofas please bring covers for sofa and cushions to protect them. We hate making all these demands and want you to have a great stay with your pet but need to put these measures in place after previous pet damage / odours. There are cleaning products for any stains etc underneath the sink.
Enjoy your stay, and if there is anything you need to ask / contact us about please email us and we will get back as soon as we can. Any emergencies, with regards to security, water, electricity or gas contact park security. The number is in the welcome pack in the caravan.
